June jolliness 2017

How's it going? This year is galloping apace, isn't it? I had this marvellous plan at the beginning of the year about what I wanted to create and I must admit that I've had to modify my goals a bit as it's been so busy!

This week is particularly full on, as it's half term; we've had a Trolls painting workshop on Tuesday, our new block printing workshop today, Clay Day tomorrow daytime (Fairy doors and toadstools) and Twilight PYOP tomorrow evening for adults. If this weren't enough, we'll be open for more pottery painting with Father's Day in mind on Friday and Saturday and finally, our Stoneware Greenman Plaque making workshop is on Sunday! Excitingly, I've also got the 1st of (hopefully) a series of group bookings starting this Sunday afternoon, doing my 2 hr clay taster workshop, so may have to have a little 40 winks after all that!

When I'll get a chance to work on my 'Cone' collection, I'm not entirely sure, but I've set myself a deadline; I've got to get it all done in time for the International Glass Festival, which takes place on August Bank holiday weekend.

I'd better get a shuffle on, then! Can't sit here chinwagging with your good self! Hope you have a creative month!

P.S. Check out the Facebook page @SazCeramicsCrafts for more regular updates; I'm always sharing photos of what's happening in the studio and adding more events!
