Planning for Easter hols

This Easter holiday has certainly come around quickly! So, if you're planning on paying us a visit at the Red House Glass Cone over the next couple of weeks, here's a taster of what I'll be offering at Saz's Ceramics & Crafts.

  • Monday is Mod Roc mayhem! We'll be creating funky chickens in this drop in workshop and painting them up in acrylics once they're dry. £5 per person.

  • Tuesday is Foam Clay Day - this innovative medium is bright, fun to use and perfect for small hands! Choose from a variety of shapes and take home a funky masterpiece! £5 per person.

WEDNESDAY, Saz's Ceramics is closed.

  • Thursday is Clay Day. There are two sessions starting at 11am and 2pm. Please call to book your place as we've limited places. We'll be using pinch pot techniques to create our Easter inspired figures. Meet Gerry the Chicken and create a brother or sister for him. The workshop is £5 per person, with a further £1 charge to have your piece fired.

  • Friday is the first chanch to have a go on the Potter's Wheel this year. This special drop in workshop will take place in the Cone and you'll be given guidance on how to throw a small pot. Take it home on the day, or have it fired for an extra £1.

  • Saturday & Sunday: Pottery Painting. Just pitch up from 10am to 4pm. Choose from our extensive range of pottery, paint it, leave it to be fired and come back amazed at the transformation!
